Our Founder, Derek Mansfield, ran his first e-business in 1992.
Back then, when he demonstrated his web based translation project management system linking 40 countries and 3000 translators using a laptop and mobile phone connection, few people understood what was happening. And with a transfer rate of 14.4kb he was lucky it worked.
But that was over a decade and a half ago; thankfully communications and applications are both faster and more stable today.
From those pioneering days the company has expanded and gained experience in both e-marketing and web development.
By 1999 the dotcom boom was underway; finding experienced web developers and designers was increasingly difficult and expensive. To overcome this it was decided to locate development and design offshore. After a worldwide analysis of available skills, programming standards and cultural and business attitudes the Company selected Ukraine as the location of choice.
Today our main creative, editorial and development offices are located in central Kiev (pictured) with liaison and disaster recovery in Staines, near Heathrow, London. In August 2008 a sales and management office was set up in New York and in September of the same year we started offering IT maintenance from New Delhi.
Since 2006 the company has been branding it's products under the name The Big Easy™.
The company employs 18 full time staff with access to additional approved specialists; day to day management is web based with video-conferencing the norm.
Google just launched a new search engine integrated service called "Search plus Your World", which allows to view search results with Google user profiles, shared photos and related Google+ posts from circles.
